EightCloud Selected for Salesforce Managed Services Partner Pilot Program

Salesforce is a vast ecosystem that is continually expanding, evolving and increasing the value it provides to users.

Each year, Salesforce delivers three new releases that bring improved functionality to the core platform and products. Beyond that, there are numerous Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) with products that significantly enhance the core platform. Salesforce recently added several industry-specific solutions and clouds to meet the unique needs of different verticals.

Any business that wants to continually maximize the value it receives from Salesforce requires a broad range of experts invested in the success of the organization. EightCloud was founded on this principle 10 years ago to establish a Managed Services concept for Salesforce that looks beyond the initial implementation to the ongoing journey to extract more and more value from the Salesforce investment over time. We have honed our skills in Managed Services over the years to deliver a service that is truly unique in the industry.

  • Support Services – Resolution of end user issues and coordination with Premier Support
  • Release & Change Services – Salesforce org updates on the Salesforce release schedule and related adoption
  • Developer & Integration Services – Design, build & deploy custom code
  • Analytical Services – Creation of reports & dashboards
  • AppExchange App Management – Recommendations & management of AppExchange products

EightCloud provides all these services and more, including one we consider to be among the most important: the Dedicated Guide. This is a Salesforce Architect who takes the time to not only understand the technical environment, which is obviously important for Managed Services, but also to truly understand the business. One of the areas that sets our Guides apart is their ability to recommend strategies that will provide the most value to the business in the short and long term.

The Guide also serves as the quarterback, bringing in resources to satisfy needs at a particular point in time. Salesforce is so vast that no single individual can know it all. Our unique Managed Services model affords the flexibility to have a Pardot expert this month, a Sales Cloud expert next month, and a Tableau expert over six months. Whatever is needed to maximize value, the Dedicated Guide has the ability to make it happen.
